Seals Football Club announced open tryouts for the South County Seals 12U and 14U girls flag football teams at Capistrano Valley High School in Mission Viejo.
Tryout Schedule
- 12U: Saturday, Aug. 22 and Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026, 9:00-10:30 a.m.
- 14U: Saturday, Aug. 22 and Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026, 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
