Format & Rules
Rules format: NFL FLAG 5v5
5v5 NFL FLAG rules with two pool-play games plus single-elimination bracket play and a 3-game guarantee. Age cutoff is Aug. 1, 2026 for 8U–14U divisions; girls high school is based on Fall 2026 grades 9–11. Roster max is 12 players and 2 coaches. Rosters, waivers and Zorts Player Cards are due Aug. 13 at 11:59 p.m. PT; player cards may require a $12.50 per-child fee. Divisions may be combined if three or fewer teams register.
