- Girls ages 3–14; team placement is based on date of birth or grade.
- 5v5: Pee Wee players ages 4–7 and Junior players ages 8–10.
- Senior players ages 11 and older: 5v5 or 6v6; confirm exact division format and time with the organizer.
- Seven-week Saturday season with opening day and playoffs.
- Practices take place on game day before games.
- No tryouts, drafts or fundraisers; the organizer says every player participates in each game.
